Media Release: DRYDEN REGIONAL HEALTH CENTRE RECEIVES 2019 GREAT EMPLOYER HEALTHY WORKPLACE AWARD

The Administration and Board of Directors of the Dryden Regional Health Centre (DRHC) are pleased to announce that DRHC has been named as one of Canada's 2019 Healthy Workplace Month® Great Employers.

The award, made by Excellence Canada and Canada Life, recognizes organizations for their planning and actions to foster physically and psychologically safe and healthy workplaces, and striving for continuous improvement across four main areas of focus including healthy lifestyles, mental health and workplace culture, physical environment and corporate social responsibility.

Doreen Armstrong-Ross, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Dryden Regional Health Centre recognizes the staff as one of the organization's biggest assets and champions the continual commitment to building a respectful, inclusive, safe, and healthy culture. "It is always our goal to provide the highest quality of care for our patients. When we have a healthy, positive environment, staff feel empowered, supported, and realize the importance of the work they provide.
