The Dryden Regional Health Centre is seeking to fill the following position with a highly motivated, team-orientated professional:
Permanent Full-Time
Shift Manager
Reporting to the Director- Inpatient & Emergency Services, the Shift Manager is a member of the Operations Management & Leadership team, and works collaboratively with the Nursing Leadership that oversees day-to-day operations in the Nursing units and in the absence of other managers (evenings, weekends, and stat holidays) is the manager for all departments in the hospital. The Shift Manager maintains the clinical skills and knowledge necessary to be a reliable and competent resource person for staff members. Through the use of leadership skills, management tools and an understanding of the decision making process, the Shift Manager will work collaboratively with the Nursing leadership team to achieve departmental goals keeping in mind the Mission, Vision and Values and Strategic Plan of the organization as well as "Standards and Best Practices.

This is a Management position. Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience; $59.57/hr.-$61.11/hr., plus a $15,000 signing incentive for a two (2) year return of service commitment.
