The Dryden Regional Health Centre Crisis Response Services is seeking to fill the following Casual position with a highly motivated, team-orientated professional:
Casual Mobile Crisis Worker
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Social Work or Psychology preferred
- Diploma in Social Services or Nursing minimum
- Current registration with the College of Social Work or equivalent (CRPO, RN/RPN) required
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness and problem substance use
- Suicide Intervention Training
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals in crisis and provide non-judgmental, compassionate support
- Proven capability to be flexible and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Commitment to work evenings, nights and weekends
- Possess a valid Ontario Driver's License and have unlimited access to a vehicle with 2 million liability insurance
- Proven attendance record
- Able to perform the essential duties of the job
- Demonstrates behaviours consistent with Dryden Regional Health Centre's Code of Conduct and Standards of Behaviour
- Demonstrates DRHC Core Values; Accountability, Integrity, Humility, Compassion and Respect
- Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination status to be presented prior to hire
